I have the daunting task of thanking every one of you. Never the less I would like to take the opportunity to thank each and everyone of you who helped in making me feel at home in England (Crewe). The things that I experienced were unbelievable, words can’t explain.

Thank you for making me feel part of your club. As an ambassador of South Africa I can only go back and speak of the good that I have seen during my visit. I will not forget the warmth I felt amongst the athletes as we ran through the streets and fields of Crewe. You have a strong competitive club and from what I can see you can just grow from strength to strength. What ever you do in the club, do it for the Love of the Sport. Persevere and you will succeed in everything you set your mind to. Remember, nothing in life comes easy.

During my short stay I tried to share whatever I know about the Sport with Nigel whom I trained with most of the time. God Bless you and your families.
